Starts thread asking who’s for and who’s against getting an injection…. uses it as a platform to sermonize and attack those who are against it. Who didn’t see that coming?
Whats the difference between a sermon and an opinion? Feel free to provide examples based on your own contributions to the discussion. You know how stupid we are around here.
Given the subject are you surprised on the response you got to your view on vaccination. The overwhelming response from those in society is to get the jab, so it is no surprise that you were in the minority and therefore challenged for your views.
Well you guys may want to peruse back through this thread a bit then because the actions of you vaxxers were anything but mere "opinions" and "challenges." So my previous post still stands.
I’m not sure what you mean about it not being a ‘booster’ unless you previously had the Pfizer jab. I had two AstraZeneca vaccinations followed by Pfizer as a booster. There have been a few cases of Bells Palsy as a potential side effect of the Pfizer jab but the correlation hasn’t been proven, and the incident rate (4 out of 44,000 people in a Pfizer study) is broadly consistent with the incident rate among a non-vaccinated population. As I understand it, legal immunity has been granted to protect the pharmaceutical companies from huge lawsuits as a result of them speeding up to process of getting a vaccine to market. I share your discomfort about that but I guess it’s a trade-off under the circumstances that governments were willing to accept. It doesn’t protect them from wilful misconduct. Heart conditions. You’re more at risk after having Covid than from having the vaccine. This veers too far towards misinformation and scaremongering for me. A degree of fear (your ‘sixth sense’) is natural and reasonable. The rampant stoking of fears that we’ve seen from some places (not here so much) has been most unhelpful. All we can do is look for good information sources and apply common sense.
Thread is titled “Would You Have The Corvid Vaccine Tomorrow If Offered”, not who is for or against getting vaccinated. It clearly developed into a debated about the merits of having it or not. You offered your view and were challenged on those views, making It a reasonable debate. We were never going to get to a point of agreeing given the opposing views. I guess turning the responses to achieving 30 pages seen us get to some closure with a little bit of fun.
I just had to check in at the front desk and get a temperature check. After that I could walk around without issue, the only areas that are secured are the mental ward and the ICU. Also, only one visitor per patient at a time right now.
In a study published in The Lancet, those who received two doses of AstraZeneca and then received a booster Pfizer jab had a 25-fold increase in antibodies. When the Pfizer booster was given following two Pfizer shots, antibody levels rose more than eightfold.
Like the sermon about how people are stupid to wear masks, or the attack on an 80 year-old man, asserting a hope he contracts a virus that could prove fatal?
I took my partner to A&E (the ER, in case that’s lost in US/UK translation) a few weeks ago. I wasn’t allowed to stay with her while she waited for an MRI. They do not want people wandering around the hospitals. Please do correct me if I’m wrong but your original assertion seemed to suggest that we shouldn’t believe the friends and family we have in the health service when they tell us what’s happening. If that’s true, implying that they’re part of some vast cover-up, can you not see how crazy that sounds?
Go back a little further before you go supplying your selective bullet points that fit your personal agenda. You come at me, I'm hitting back. Full stop. Nice try.
I am not saying it is a vast cover up but I would be hesitant to believe hospital staff when it comes to something that provides additional funding to the hospital. Family and friends that you trust would be a good source. A friend on another MC board told us that his wife, who is a nurse in New Orleans, Louisiana, couldn't even pick up any overtime hours before or during the holidays, something she normally does just for extra cash. Yet he keeps seeing local news reports saying the hospitals in the area are overwhelmed. New Orleans is is one of the "hardest hit" COVID cities in the US.
^ Boom. But by all means keep sucking on that Main Stream Media crackpipe, people. I've driven through 10 states in the last 3 weeks and masks were by far the exception. I'd give it less than 10%. Same for people claiming to vaxx submission, mostly .gov types who didn't have the choice at the time before the lawsuits kicked in. I've been through 2 airports as well and other than employees people aren't even wearing them in the TSA lines anymore. Oddly enough after 2 years MIA the common cold and flu seem to be making a comeback too.
We’ll then I’d suggest to keep perusing because you’re way off. Seriously read up before you post. F A I L .
We’re not just talking about hospital staff, we’re talking about friends and family lying about the state of their hospitals. What they say will have absolutely no bearing on a NHS hospital. Your premise is fatally flawed.
By all means quote where I called someone stupid or suggested they contract a potentially fatal illness.
