Hi, I would add up what all the second hand parts are worth,divide it by 50% for your labour and all for what might be useless...bid the remainder...at least you have a break up to pull money back if it it’s a sack of shxx ..of course..go with a mechanic pal and see if can tinker and turn it over... Or...get a runnning bike and get biking!!
