    They're all fools
Pastafarianism is the only true way forward for the future of mankind :p
I wouldn't want to force my pastafarian beliefs on anyone but upon arrival at Bellingham I shall be holding a sermon and all are invited to attend :)
I believe that there is three pastafarian places of worship in the holy town of Bellingham and anyone who wishes to be baptised into this growing religion just needs to observe and join in the festivities :p
Their is no everlasting peace but if you empty your bladder before commencement of rituals you should last long enough to see the ceremony to the end and be past caring anyway :p
Spaghetti be with you my child

I was thinking about doing the IAM course. Now I've read this and slapped myself around the face a few times I think I've regained my sanity. Thank you!

Go do one of the Police run courses, they tell you in a day what it takes IAM a year and lots of free petrol (for them) to tell you ;)

If I am honest, I am sure there are plenty of really good IAM groups out there, with good skills and able to transfer them. Unfortunately, there are also lots of jumped up twats in Hi-Viz who think they bloody know it all. (my expierence with the local group), go along, talk to them and see how you get on, just don't pay your money up front and then find out they are Dickheads !!!!

If anybody has found one, postcard entries with SAE, I am sure you will be in line for some sort of prize!!!:joy:

I've been on a few runs with some "advanced" riders and frankly the speed and attitude frightened the living daylights out of me. They could not understand why I gave up trying to stay with them and started going at the perfectly adequate pace of everyone else on the road and why I did not seize every single possible overtake opportunity. Some of us like to enjoy the scenery and take our time instead of being on it constantly.

Having said that a good friend of mine is an IAM instructor and has a far more sensible attitude to people's own pace being far safer than some implied ideal speed.
