Then you watched it a long time ago, mate. Cruijff played his last tournament for the Dutch team in 1977... :joy:
    He passed away last year.

Didn’t hear about that. When did he stop managing the team then. Last World Cup I watched would have been mid 80’s.
After that all the hooliganism just totally turned me off the game.
Even binned my Chelsea season ticket as I had supported them since a teen.
    All because of hooliganism.
The silly money players were getting before then became even sillier

Teams are winning and losing I take it, with a draw perhaps leading to a penualty shoot out :)

He started to manage off and on from the 80ies. Then off to Barcelona of course. Great player. Great quotes, too - " in order to win you've got to score"... :joy:

Penalty shoot outs not till knock out stages. Can draw in group stages.

Life long St mirren fan, for my sins.

Love the world cup. Best competition by far, better than Olympics, six nations or any other. I was even watching Uruguay this afternoon in school:p, kids loved it.

Best game so far on now, Spain v Portugal. Watching it, you see why England will not win anything. Speed they play, passion they show and level of skills is brilliant. Nothing like the Scottish game either.

Keep your voice down you know the Russians have ears and eyes everywhere and plutonium to spare. Ive heard a rumor some of the Egyptian team are feeling a little nervous.:) The new Russian defender Novichok is putting the fear of death into them.

No, but was a good excuse :p
Fed up using a firestick to access Netflix and Amazon prime. Took ages to load up and access, much quicker and easier with smart TV, and a dedicated Netflix button on the remote.

Just got my soundbar and sub working from TV and sky+ remotes, happy days. Love Panasonic for all working together nice and easy.
