Both sides looked really good. I am confident England will get past Croatia, but my god, France are going to be a different test. So much skill in Pogba, Mbappe, Griezmann, etc.

    Why deny?

Because it isn’t true. Loads of Scots are quietly supporting England but the ‘twisted few’ make a fetish out of being miserable gits who define themselves not by what they are but what they are not.

Besides you haven’t got enough ambulances for us to dance on .......

It's football,I don't follow football, for some reason the World Cup always gets me.
I like watching England, cos if the win good, if the loose,I don't get upset. So win win,the thing is I like it cos it's relaxing and global and there's not to many things you can say that about. Can you say I'm supporting something I only have a passing interest in, naa not really.
    Come on England

1 out of 8 england goals have been from open play, I think they’ve been practicing penalties too much.

What a ride. Best World Cup I remember despite the result. Sure, the better team won, but apart from Kane, this wasn't a great England side on paper. Before the WC start, I would have GLADLY taken a glorious exist at QF stage, and the team certainly outdid that.

The best team won tonight, but well done England.

Have to admit the better team got through
Maybe if we’d gotten a second goal in the first half it might have been a different story :) but it wasn’t to be :sob: after that Croatia stepped up a gear and England didn’t really have an answer :(
Very satisfied with this young side and Gareth Southgate can be justifiably proud of what they achieved I know I am and it’s been a long time since I could say that :grinning:

    Well done lads
