You’ll be lucky, the test ride I mean, don’t know what your chances are with the secretary’s arse! Dropped into my local trumpet dealer today hoping to book a test ride on the speed twin, no feckin chance. They had two in the showroom, a grey one, and a red one, (droooooooooool) both sold. No demo bike, none coming either. They have 13 on order and all customers are having to wait a fair old time. Seems it’s the fastest selling bike since the bobber ( no duff) and a lot of bonnevile riders are part exing for the Speed twin. Also, a GoPro hero 7 comes with a free Scrambler 1200. I kid you not, buy 12,000 grands worth of, quote “pig in a poke” and get a feckin free camera worth £350. Still, lots of paperwork on the desk means the bikes are selling well. The salesman Paul said they’ve even had die hard Kawasaki owners (and other jap bikes) turn their backs on the east and buy British (bleeding speed twin most likely:mad:)
So the search continues for the next bike in the YM stable.

I don’t actually have a secretary... I have to do everything by my own fair hand... :joy:

But it was still a good write up!!!

Feck that for the moment. ;)

 Hey Dilli, I have blown smoke up your arse over your journalistic talents over this road test report thing you have done, but there's no mention of the reduced ground clearance covered in the below thread by @Bryf, good job I read his thread before heading for a test ride, or I'd have been taking the bike back with all sorts missing & bent

That's you guest tester on MCN spot gone out the window

Just put a red stripe full length down the centre of each of the white stripes - the red stripe being one third the overall width of each white stripe - then you have a Matt Black Rocket 3 SS (Sunderland Special)! :D
