    Have had my weigh in today :)
    14stone 12lbs:)
    Another 2lbs lost :grinning:
    Not bad as I had a night at the pub and have been a little bit naughty :imp:
    Started the sit ups on Monday and could only manage 8 :(
    Now upto 20:) but it’s not Feckin easy :sob:

    Forgive me Dilli :blush:, for I have sinned o_O, just back from a long weekend away, ate rubbish, drank beer & didn't do the exercise after Weds, result I have put on 4lbs :eek:, gonna wrap myself in cling film & sit in the greenhouse for a week!

    Well done on your weight loss though mate.... sorry for letting the side down : unamused:

    Aye well it’s my turn next weekend :(
    Away to the Farmyard rally on Friday :)
    Kicking off in weatherspoons for a big breakfast and then riding down to Yorkshire for a weekend of drinking and eating :yum

    Bit of an alternative surf and turf here guys tonight. Have thought about the calories a bit so having side salad with,
    1/ wine
    2/ a portion of tiger prawns.... to myself, it's Fathers day you know :yum
    3/ haggis
    4/ homemade chips

    Best bit is she can't eat prawns and isn't keen on haggis plus the kids are not here

    It was very tasty mate and I’m working my way up to the adults portions :laughing:

    I’m very conscious of my cholesterol so I cut the fat off the bacon :yum

    CH4, as in the periodic table, is the chemical symbol given to Methane.
    Methane is a Hydrocarbon, hence a hydrogen and carbon molecule combination.

    Well seeing as you asked Tiglet I have a huge portion of homemade lemon fancy biscuit base cheesecake :yum

    .....but after I polished the above off I tried finishing the rest of the haggis off but failed miserably:neutral:
    Feel really pogde (spelling?) now and I'm a pudding person :weary_face::sob:

    I love puddings more that a full English.

    Homemade Apple or Apple and Blackberry or Gooseberry pies or crumble, my wife knows how to pull the strings in this house.
