They got 4 packs in aldi for just under 3 quid, that's where I get this slender body from. Any good,n lol

I am having salad, no spuds, no rice, no alcohol since Sat 1st .... NO WEIGHT LOSS ... feck this is boring!

On the plus side I am getting round the 3 mile fast walk every evening 5 mins quicker than when I started & not needing an iron lung! Gonna put some extra exercise in as well, see how that affects the weight loss.

I am away this weekend so might be late with the weigh in Dilli.
