Right gents, started the diet at 19 stone 4 pounds.
Got down to 16 stone 6 pounds
Now *********** 17 stone 4 pounds,I think the wheels have fell off recently.

Hey mate, been there before with the Yo-Yo effect, was over 19 Stone at one time, back in 2005, went on 'lighter life' after New Year 2006, got down to 15 stone by May! Had big accident in the June, after over a month in hospital was 13.2 Stone when I came out!
My Mrs said I looked so bad at that weight! By Christmas that year I was back at 15 stone should have reined it in but carried on gaining back up to 17.5 stone , early last year got it back down to 16 stone again & that is more or less where I have been since, gonna see what a bit more exercise & no alcohol do for the next 6 weeks.

This has been Bad Billy for Bat Fastard World!

 

I really do wonder what it is like inside your head sometimes @Dozers Dad , "unspeakable things with a fire extinguisher nozzle" , actually I really don't want to know what goes on inside that head of yours .
