Yep, Grolsch is the predominant beer there. Lovely area.

It must take too long to get to the states. Every time I’ve tried Grolsch it’s been skunky. -very nasty.

Ahhhhhh, we've got one of those in the back garden, one of my favourites. Didn't know what it was called though, the missus is the gardener in our house. She got one of those because I saw one somewhere and liked it. She did the same thing with a Japanese Firecracker or something which I took a liking too as well.

Made a short and consolidated errand run several days back. One stop was at our favorite local liquor store (which is following CDC guidelines nicely). I asked the gent helping me for a couple of rye recommendations. One of them was this one. Some of you reading this will understand why I laughed and figured I ought to select this one. It's quite delicious and especially good for making a Manhattan.

I know but times is ard, my birthday is a long way off, anniversary not for two months, and with Mrs YM having to stop work (s/e driving instructor) we are down to essential spending only for the time being. So reluctantly I’m having to make do with Scotch. Rest assured dear boy, things will change tho:yum
