What you drinking tonight?

Birthday present, DD?! It's always good to try new things.

 

Abbot Ale, apparently too much because the local witch has been barred from my local after she had a go at me and I reacted with the same respect she devoted to me.

 

Same ol as last night, but New York sharp cheese tonight, on my second plate of snacks, and listening to early U2 Sunday bloody Sunday. paid $13 ticket to see this band in concert in 83, but concert was cancelled due to few ticket sales. Dire straits next.

 

Oh, Phred, you need to come join me in Tucson for a decent plate of nachos. Maybe a craft beer or two, too. That said, I love your musical choices. U2 and Dire Straits are two of my favorites!

 

Sandi are you buying the craft beers? I like my nachos simple, so the fresh peppers flavors still stand out. Sometimes i skip the chips, and or cheese.

 

Been looking at driving the motorcoach to Puerto penesco and park it on the beach for a few days, don't know the cost of taking the bike. And or going to qaurztsite for the foretravel motorcoach meet up.

 

Haha! Nachos, hold the chips and cheese! That reminds me of this scene with Jack Nicholson in Five Easy Pieces years ago. "Hold the chicken...between your knees."

 

for some insane reason I identify with the movie, must be the engineer in me.

 

There is something special about voting with your feet... makes you feel so much better.

 

She got arseache and decided I was the target for her attitude. The upshot was that she decided trying to attack me was a good idea, so I just blocked all her punches (the alternative was chinning her, which isn't really my style!)

She got barred (she is barred from a few of the local drinking holes)

I have since been accused of sexually harassing her, and also of hanging around her mother's house (as if I haven't got anything better to do!) She's a bit like Quasimodo put some heels on and ate someone's lipstick... and the mother is worse!)

They took up drinking at another nearby pub, and started telling everyone that it was me that attacked her. Unfortunately for her, they know me there and talk to the staff at the first place - who just told them that the CCTV didn't lie and there is a reason she's barred and I am not - so both her and her mother got barred from that one too!

Karma is a wonderful thing.

 

If you hurry, phred, you can get there in time for the annual rally in Puerto Peñasco, fondly referred to by us southern Arizonans as "Rocky Point".

 

Oops! I think I sorta started a bit of a thread derailment there. Just in case and to get things back on track, this is what I probably will be drinking tonight. It's only 2pm here. Hmm, maybe that doesn't really matter??
