Thanks for the kind words and advice guys :)

Off topic I know, I had major spinal surgery in 2000 as I had bust a couple of disc in my lower back resulting in the core from the disc squirting out and putting a dent and flat spot along a length of my spinal cord
The op was a success but after 4 years (2004)problems arose again which was treated with drugs, physio and manipulation. The MRI scan at that time showed that I had a degenerative spine.
My GP on Monday said I'd been very lucky not to have any problems up to now, 16 years on.

Starting to feel a bit better today but still having big painful problems trying to get to the toilet for a pee, don't want to use a bottle:(
Constipation,,,,,,,,,,still taking laxatives and still waiting for the explosion :p not a nice thought and I'll keep you posted if anyone's interested :p:eek::)

Back on topic I've got three quarters of a bottle of Bushmills malt waiting;)

Sorry lads my fault, but you know what it's like on this forum.
Manys the time we're contributing to a sensible thread/topic when it all goes off track and suddenly it all goes down the pan :p:):)

He was one of the most exciting riders to watch, definitely would have been a race winner,i took a video of the 1 minute of mayem at Valencia in 2011 lead by Kevin Schwantz it was a great tribute and brought a tear to my eye ,met the guy at Laguna Seca in 2010, i got my mate to take a photo with his phone and the twat just got half my face in..mind you with Marcos hair it would have been tough getting us both in the photo been looking for it but it must be on my work computer..here's one of him i took of him earlier.at just over 6ft (6ft 6" with the hair!) he wasn't your average build for racing but was a real battler
