Fagging is a quaint public school institution that up until 50yrs or so ago meant new boys were like servants to the most senior. In modern times, where it still exists, they do basic housekeeping tasks for a few hours a week to defray labour costs that would otherwise be tagged on the fees.

 

And your meals weren't free. Someone somewhere paid for them....
