I'm not a fan of the regular Bombay Sapphire gin, @Vulpes, but have been curious about this "East" version of it. How would you say the two compare heads up? A blind taste test may be in order.

 

It's very nice, @Sandi T. , smooth with a subtle hint of lemon and pepper. I like the regular bombay sapphire too, though.

Happy National IPA Day! Yep, really. Cheers! Here's a little IPA background for ya--looks like you Brits deserve some of the credit for this type of delicious brew. The Voo Doo Ranger Juicy Haze that I'm drinking is delicious! And I'm accompanying it with a very posh hors d'oeuvres--Pringles.
