Fitted this after buying two that did not fit. One cheap Chinese one and the other from Touratech. Both were sold as fitting the Rally Pro but neither did. Luckily Touratech were happy to give my money back.
The SW Motech one fits lovely.

Fork Lock Crème de la Crème

Several years ago, I was on my Victory TC waiting for a break in traffic to pull out onto the highway from a parking lot. I needed to cross the two eastbound lanes to get over into the westbound lanes. A small opening came up and I nailed it, hard. Just as I made it to the westbound lanes, I went for 2nd gear and the clutch cable snapped!
Traffic was coming up behind me fast and I needed to get off the highway ASAP, so I aimed to the right for the driveway of a bank and dove in, too fast. I missed an 18" curb in the driveway by inches and slid, sideways, perfectly, into a parking spot. As it was closing time, the bank employees were coming out, locking up and one lad says, "WOW! That was a perfect drift into that space!" I answered in a high, squeaky voice as I attempted to push my testicles back into their proper place. "It wasn't on purpose."

Just now I have been adding my API to my tunnel crossing at the beginning of August. A trip to the Alps (Chamonix) to visit my lad. Going with my brother. Having a day or two around Chamonix, which will involve sampling a few of his brewery’s beers at his bar. Then a few days down the France, Italy border towards the Mediterranean before making our way back home.

The sun was out today, so I popped the old tail-pack on and rode to the Sma' Glen in Perthshire (that's the Small Glen, if you hadn't guessed!). Here is a view of the road (A822) as it meets the River Almond, a couple of the bike, and a picture of the river looking towards the bridge.

The bridge was built by General Wade in 1730 as part of the network of roads built to quash Jacobite uprisings, supporting James Stuart (the Old Pretender) and Charles Edward Stuart (Bonnie Prince Charlie).... and the Scots and the English have been arguing ever since. ;)

Today, after giving the bike a good wash, I met up with a good old friend of mine who was on his new to him BMW RnineT Pure.

@Glenn2926, that "foot" looks good. Here's the one I've had on my 2019 Speed Triple RS since shortly after I bought it 5 1/2 years ago. R & G If I ever need a new one, I'll keep the SW Motec in mind thought I've been perfectly happy with my R & G other than it has to be tightened up now and again. I do think yours looks a bit tidier.

@Cragar67, glad you are liking those new Predators! I had a 2012 Thruxton so would love to see pics of your bike. I believe you need to turn your videos into YouTube videos to be able to post them here. I've always wanted to share some videos but am not up for the YouTube thing, myself. Enjoy those new pipes!

I solved my basic on board tool set. This box came off a 95 Suzuki DR125. I can carry all my Allen wrenches, a 27mm axle wrench with extender, pliers, tape, ty-wraps etc. Not in the way at all. Air compressor and plugs have to go in the tank bag, but all the small stuff this works fine. Under the seat I keep fuses, fob battery, charging cable. Oh by the way its on my 2019 Scrambler XE.

Hi @Sandi T thanks for asking. Yep been having fun since my tyre fun last Friday. So day 7 and I have 461 miles on the clock and the first service booked for the 3rd August.
The bike is going really well, and starting to loosen up a little. The ride is amazingly comfortable and the quick shifter is awesome, making life really easy on the go. I will do a more in depth review once I have run the bike in.:)

So glad that you're enjoying your new ride, Steve! It sounds like it's a fun and comfortable bike. Looking forward to your in depth review.
