Great photos, Vulpes! :) Looks like a beautiful and sunny if "brisk" day to ride. Out of curiosity about how old Hollands windmills are, I did a quick search and this popped up. I found it really interesting that the age range of huge and also that each windmill is named. Is the windmill in your photo among the ones listed in this Wikipedia article?

It's not in the list, Sandi - this windmill was built in 2006 to replace the original, which was built in 1474(!). That sadly burnt down in 1930, and then this was built later to fill the void. It's called "De Windhond" (wind dog).

Those LED's are great! I've got them on my speed, too.

Glad you verified that...coincidental postings. HH spotted that you had the same ones when I showed him both posts. Halos look great. Would love to see how they look in the dark.

I'm glad to read that your knee is almost like new, Martine! And that you were able to hike a bit yesterday, too. You might want to consider taking on the role of pick-axe "supervisor" tomorrow, though. Just to make sure your knee heals completely, of course. ;) Gotta take advantage of those opportunities on the rare occasions when they arise. :joy: Hope you got a ride in on your Bonnie today!

Made luggage rack for my 2019 Speed Triple RS. Total cost just under £20. Method should work on any model of Street or Speedie:

I'd love some of those guards for my 2005, but can't find them anywhere...
And it's great to see some dry stone wall... I've been away from the Lake District for too long...
