WOW - what a difference in appearance! Let's hope there's an equally dramatic difference in comfort, too!

    Nice work, Ron.

today the fog lifted and I took Custard out for a test run - getting shopping honest guv - well, on the way back anyway...... the difference with the Hyperpro springs in is unbelievable......
instead of stotting over every bump it absorbs them... and instead of trying its best to throw me off round a corner it glides round, doesn't fight me any more.......should have upgraded the springs years ago

so if your sprint is hard on the front as mine always was...change the springs... a pig of a job to do but well worth it

First ride since lockdown was lifted. A nice 127 mile trip to Builth Wells and back.

Take some fluid out of the reservoir??
I had the same after changing pads and I had too much fluid in so the fluid couldn’t return back (a little ) into it when the pressure was released.
    Failing that, EBC HH!!!!

At the current exchange rate the $200 tune from dnktuneworks.com along with the credit card fee cost £152
Despite the modified Electronic Throttle Values aside; my (stock) Speed Twin feels so much stronger, almost like it’s been fitted with a pair of well set up carbs. The majority of gains can be felt above 4000rpm but there are also benefits lower down with a very predictable throttle and no noticeable snatching. Definite increase in fun factor.

this morning I braved the wind in the yard, wrapped up in my windproof fleece and serviced the front brakes... cleaned calipers, cleaned pistons, cleaned brake pads & pins.....re-assembled and topped up brake fluid... that's the complete front done for winter.....oil & filter change in spring and we are set to go ....unless we are still locked down then........
