Yeah it is. But I actually did get the movies mixed up (see edit). They are both good.

Same as Russia with Poland, Finland, Ukraine, China etc or Britain in India etc or Spain in Mexico etc or Japan in China

(Just in case younger viewers think of the west as the only expansionist powers).

Yep. It's neat stuff. I'd bet Sandi has been around some of those places, too.

I never crossed from EP, before, but did down from Tucson in Nogales. Had a couple locals pull knives on me there. My friends showed up and they decided they didn't want a fight.

Sure, just ask President General Antonio López de Santa Anna about that.

Well, @JtC, I think your current rugged biker look is a nice improvement over your Chuck Norris look. ;) :) It will be nice reading your posts now picturing the New You rather than the Chuck You. :joy:

Except I wish we'd annexed Cozumel. Especially since our high temps this week are hovering around 106-107 degrees F!

Yep, I have been around some of those places. We rode right past Old Tucson Studios yesterday where many Westerns have been filmed. And I've been to and through Nogales many times over the 29 years I've lived in Tucson. But I've never had anyone pull a knife on me, @JtC! It must be that Chuck Norris look of yours. ;)

That's a new phrase, right there.

Brake update... Curiouser and curiouser. No leaks, and working now. Haven't touched it yet...

    Thinking, change the fluid anyway.

Well, I was in my twenties then, not nearly as weathered as I am now.:)

Phoned to order new Hagons yesterday morning and they arrived this afternoon! That is what I call great service. I fitted them and went out for a bimble to Bridgnorth and treated swmbo to fish and chips. The bike feels steadier in the corners and soaks up the bumps better. Happy with my £206 spend.

Well, I have heard some folks reframe “weathered“ as “ruggedly handsome“. ;):)

That's a good point, I've had them degrade inside and make like a one way valve, but never had one balloon. That's well worth looking into. Thanks :)
