    Here
Ah, won't buy a Thruxton, then! Sales guy at my local was saying they are all that hard when I mentioned it after riding the XSR900 (and spending a couple of days on crutches afterwards) - but thankfully my SScrambler is much more forgiving.

I think he's right, though - I went round the Triumph/Yamaha showroom and felt all the seats and most of them were like reinforced hide rather than plush suede. No wonder the local seat humaniser is doing so well.

Got some dresser(?) bars for tracey off another well known forum, the previous owner had road tested them so thought I’d give them a spray.

    not too bad, definitely better.
Fitted them, someone could have mentioned the Engine blanking thingies were screw on! Spent ages trying to pry them off without damaging the paintwork. Anyway got them fitted now.

Going to wait for the temp to cool before taking her out for a run. Never thought I’d ever say that!

Have to say it was the best value breakfast bap and quality I have come across in a long time. £5:75 for the two baps and a cuppa each . Andy struggled with his egg, bacon, sausage and black pudding on his, but did get through it eventually

I took a ride to a local "lake" -it may pass for a stock pond in Texas, but when in Rome . . .

Also, this is my "am I pressing the right damn button" face.o_O

    Duck,
I’m not very bright, but I think, if you have data stored from a previous test, it won’t store (Though it might display?) data from the test you are about to perform.
If you haven’t done a test with it before there will be no data to erase.
    Ken.

Whenever I see a question like that on anything, phone, computer, etc., it scares shit out of me.

The water stinks too bad and is full of carp (NOT a misspelling of "crap") -way too low class dump for a duck, Duck! And, it is in New Mexico. You are forgiven.

Push the button. Have no fear. That doesn't reset much of anything. There is a video on Amazon that goes through the operation. After pushing that button, you should be able to see the codes. It is very unlikely that you can break anything with that device.

Fab pics JtC. Like your mortar board (third pic) - that's a nice place to qualify.

We have to be careful over here attaching a moniker to a face as some scrote will recognise you, work out where you live and pinch your ride.

    Duck,
I think it’s one of those places you can’t get to from where you are!
There’s a lot of those in Ireland too.
    Ken.
PS. Only 300+ miles from where Sandi T hangs out....if you are a flying Duck.

The Young Guns (edit for wrong movie) for one. A great movie in my opinion. It's cool to go see the places where it actually happened -some of the buildings still stand.
