Understandably so mate. We're very lucky we're not in a total lockdown. We're just asked to keep our distance and behave sensibly.

Today I went for a ride to get out of the house , as last weekend was a failure ... Well to some extent it was ! Only got 110 km in last Sunday , as my companion's and I ran into a police 'covid19' road block .. we turned about and went home. And to add insult to it all My Mate Garrick's HD 883 sportster snapped it's drive belt ..!!
Today was more like it ! Went East Inland and did a 240/250 km circuit. Stopped for a break Ina Little park in town of Bolgart. IMG_20200503_212656_945.jpg
Picture of the stead from where we sat and had our 'social distanced' lunch. IMG_20200503_212947_039.jpg
Amazing what fits into those hard panniers !! Had spare fuel too ! Don't like to get stuck anywhere without food or fuel.

    cheers capt

Decal fitting and cleaning for me today! Avant graphics done some excellent decals.and a bit of adaption of an old magnetic tank bag and spare rear seat, makes it nice and easy to swap when taking pillion

Gave the Speedy a proper wash and polish. Some water like marks on the rear rim which was a pain to polish out. Shortly after I purchased the bike I had the front rim replaced (paint bubble) noticeable the paint quality is much better up front than the rear with a gloss as appose to the dull effect on the rear. Nevertheless polished it up and got it looking much better.

As Rocker said the terminals in the block are usually held in place by the bent tang on the terminal, ease it back in enough to free the terminal/wire and thread them through the rubber then replace the terminal/wires back into the block and reset the tang.

Most plugs (electrical) you need to push a very fine probe , push it down one side of the pin , from the front , and push fairly hard , that will depress a locking flap/strip down , pull pin put of socket in the plug , voila simples ... !

    Hi Duckadiledundee,
like most places, Pattaya is as bad or as good as you make it. It's worth a look once the 'new normal' emerges.
Is the elephant a metaphor or was your Mate literally attacked by an elephant? You may be aware, most elephants have axes to grind in Thailand.
