Got a new front tyre fitted before everywhere gets shut down. Guy I took it too for fitting was mad busy with everyone having a similar idea and trying to getting service and MOTs in before the lock-down. Whilst I'm at it, I'm fitting new brake pads.

Well done! - I was watching those, and I did wonder :D You got a good deal I think, compared with what is being asked for others.

It is brand new mate. Got it in November last year and it had not moved a wheel until today. :)

Taxed my Striple last night so checked out the tyre pressures this afternoon etc and set off to the local fuel station to fill her up. Realised she didn't need fuel so went for a blast around the lanes, boy did that feel good. Got home about an hour later with a big beaming smile and bloody cold legs as I'd only popped out for fuel in ordinary jeans. This self isolating thing isn't so bad after all.:D:D

Yes on the subject of self isolation, that would mean a full face helmet and lots of unsociable fun!!?

Well , today I washed both my Triumph's , and then took my America for a 100 odd klm ride to visit our Eldest daughter and granddaughters , and , you've guessed it !

Fricking road works and gravel and watering truck Frick Frick and Frick again , will have it all to do again !

At least it's good to see the family , before we all go into lock down ... !

Back to work in February , as things didn't work as expected with finances for retirement. So school bus driver again and fingers crossed the schools don't shut too soon , will upset the plans again if they do ...:relieved:: unamused::blush::kissing::sob::weary_face:.

At least I have two bikes to keep me sane and normal :grinning:o_O:rolleyes:;)
