You’ll want the Denali on the R9T, the standard horn is really weedy! :worried:

Yes, it'll be going straight on. The only other thing I'm getting for it is one of these retro fairings from Puig.

Just back from the Haynes motor museum bikers breakfast in Somerset, held once a month, great turn out of a good mix of machines, went for a 50 mile blat afterwards and got caught in a downpour just before I got home, ah well. IMG_20190519_105402.jpg

The first of your pictures Dougie reminds me of a place we stopped between the Grand Canyon and Vegas when I was on a coach tour back in I think it was 1988, I was 26 and it was where the Hope
Back in I think it 1988, when I was a youthful 26 years old, I went on a coach trip of the West coast in the States and driving between the Grand canyon and Vegas we stopped at a place just like your top picture Dougie where the Hopi tribe were selling souvenirs, I bought my mum a necklace which I'm sure she still has.

Nice day at Sammy Millers but not many older bikes, think the forecast rain kept people away.

We hired a Harley - a white fully dressed thingy - when we were in Vegas a (good) few years ago and ended up doing Mt. Charleston, Hoover Dam/Lake Mead/Echo Bay and the Valley of Fire on three separate days out. We were asked not to go to Death Valley as it would be too hot for the bike. Obviously didn't give shite about us melting in extreme heat!! Talking of which, we got stuck in traffic approaching the Strip at the Flamingo/MGM Grand/New York New York cross roads waiting to turn left to the Luxor where we were staying, when I felt the inside of my thighs burning - thought I could smell roast pork!!! OUCH!!

'Tis indeed a 3TA (or a Twenty one if you want to be pedantic!). I had a 5TA (Speed Twin for the pedants) which, apart from the colour and a cooling fin or two (possibly), looked just like that. Most of the tinware was slung with fairly undue haste - I know, bloody sacrilege but I was very young at the time, Yer Honour!!:worried:

Finished my project installing the EBC HH sintered rear brake pads on my 2018 Street Twin. Now on front and rear. Big difference compared to the OEM pads. Bike now stops on a dime and gives me back 9 cents change !!
