Went out for the first time on Maggie scrambler, what a cracking little bike.
Done a massive 8 miles then came home......bloody freezing!!
I only said it was freezing! :joy::joy::joy:

I once had a probing by a male doctor..... I still swear to this day that he went to the gym to pump his fingers before going in.....:weary_face::tired_face:<< my actual face at the time.

Hope you get better soon :)

We had two or three weeks of him without any conversation... We didn’t mention Vinal Vera at all. He seems finally to be getting chatty again.

In the mean time Amazon has delivered many puncture repair kits and an electric air pump.

Just now looking forward to if he gets married (to a flesh and blood girl) although in modern times people will be given the option to marry a ‘Vera’... if that is what they ‘relate to’. You’re not allowed to say you’re bonkers these days.

Should such a day come, I will be very tempted to tell the best man about his ‘bouncy’ girl friend - you know, for the speech...

Dunno, but thankfully I have scientific calculator that has an exponent function.

Just finishing up the calculation... Heck that’s a big number!

Edit: Sorry I forgot to divide by the number of people in the photo! Wait a mo... oh, it’s still a big number...

Went in the dealers to complete the paperwork for the new speed twin. They are going to pick-up the speedmaster in the next couple of days, which leaves only for me to go pick-up the new bike when it arrives.

Another 10 days, they are trying to get delivery information from Triumph.

Wouldn’t it be better to ride the Speedmaster there and ride your new bike back

    @Wessa
Might keep the pressure on the dealer if he's sold your Speedmaster already.

My problem was the tax on the speedmaster was due on the 1st April and my insurance ran out on the 16th April. If Triumph had delivered my new bike when they said they would this would not have been a problem. They didn't, and as I did not want to re tax the speedmaster and renew my dual bike policy for the LT and speedmaster for only a few days, the easiest solution was to SORN the speedmaster, complete the paper work on the new purchase of the speed twin and renew my insurance with the new bike and my LT from the 16th April. Nothing is simple.......

Down at the factory yesterday they said a ship had been delayed due to bad weather which explained the empty slots in the warehouse

They should build it in the Uk, then brits get jobs and they don’t kill the polar bears by shipping the damn thing across the world.

    Just a thought...

Edit: there again, if polar bears will swim in front of container transporters, they can’t cry if they are diced up by the propellers...

Edit 2: I have never understood why polar bears are singularly victimised by globalisation. Why not chickens?

But a good one and the added bonus of delivering bikes on time.. Thinking about it they would find another excuse for late delivery....
