Would it be road legal if I took the mudguards off altogether and put a light bar like a trailer light on the back.

Had a great ride over to Lings in Watton today to mainly look at a new leather jacket. While there I thought I would ask how much a centre stand for the Bonny would be. Just shy of £200 was the reply. I thought stuff that I'll get an after market. Just then another guy sitting behind the desk said Nah that aint right we have them on special offer, First guy checked again and the offer price was £63.They even had one in stock, result. Now all I have to do is find a set of clues as how to fit it. :) PS forgot all about the jacket.

Think it was the presentation that was entertaining, not what happened. Cheers

Hell, I live in JD country and don’t touch the stuff. Proper men drink scotch or in my case, tequila by the glass.

Took the Speedmaster to three of my favorite meet points today, loads of bikers out and about in the sun shine. Started off with a trip down the A49 to the raven at Whitchurh; lovely road. Cuppa and a bacon butty and headed for the Poderosa at the top of the Horseshow Pass, sat on the wall but a bit windy so did not hang about for long. Set off for J&S at Delamere Forest and then home. Circa 120 miles of sheer fun, I just love motorcycling, can't think of anything better ............ well maybe one other thing!

Did 230+ miles today in the company of figwold and Nick Hall. Up the Kimbolton Road, past the UK's lowest lying pub, the Admiral Wells in Holme, and through the Fens for brunch at the Crazy Horse in Market Deeping. Thenst onwards to Skeggie for chips and ice cream, before back to Bedford via some fabulous 'B' roads at the bottom of the Wolds, and the usual twisties through Rutland, Cambs Northants and Beds. Finished with a couple of pints of Ghost Ship IPA at Nick's local. My arse is sore - from the ride, not the beer.

I just hope the Muppet used the proper torque and a generous application of locktite? I wouldn't like the pretty lady to get the guard in between the chain and the sprocket? :confounded:
