    Nick Hall and I left my place a few minutes after 7am Sunday and got back at a few minutes before 7pm having covered 300 miles exactly. Kimbolton Road to Ramsey and along the Fens to Skegness for an ice cream on the sea front. After taking the sun in Skeggie we bimbled some fantastic rolling, bendy, twisty and virtually car-free roads in the Lincolnshire Wolds before blasting home via Rutland and the other bit of the Kimbolton Road from Oundle.

    One of our stops was at the Admiral Wells in Holme, the lowest lying pub in the British Isles.

    Spent the day trying to fabricate a top box carrier for my mate NUDGER :)
    Trouble is all the gear I need is mostly at work :confused: and NUDGER is in his lair :confused:
    So I’m back in the garage tonight trying to get all the bits I need cut to shape/size so I can take them to work tomorrow and hopefully get it finished and put on tomorrow night :)
    If it fits the way I’m intending it’ll be back off for a lick of paint (BLACK :cool:) and hopefully fitted ready for use Wednesday tea time :grinning: leaving me free to watch the match and only having to click the top box on Thursday morning before setting off for Welsh Wales :cool::p

    Bit of welding/drilling and paint tomorrow and hopefully that’s the top box carrier sorted :p

    Left home at 10.30 and came down the coast Aberdeen,Stone haven, Montrose Arbroath arrived in Glasgow about 4. Now I'm sitting in the pub wondering if I should watch the match or go to the comedy club next door.ill decide after my lasange
