I did eventually get this one and the fitting kit, works a treat but you still have to line things up exactly and also lifts on the rear sump somewhat, two bolts go through lower front holes meant for dresser bars, and plate sits on rear sump.
    Lifting Kit
    [IMG]
Lifts really high and allows free access to both wheels at the same time, as said not cheap about 450 quid mark but lifting kits available for many bikes so one you can use on most any bike you eventually end up with.

Had a run to my local dealer on the LT to view my new speedmaster, it looks awesome. I will be picking it on Monday, pictures to follow. LT was filthy, so spent the afternoon cleaning it; joy.

Took the lovely wife on a 70 mile round-trip run to pick-up some sockets and take her to a late lunch. I hate to rub it in (not really), but it's 26 C here and there's a big old yellow sun in the crystal clear sky:) Our weather has sucked lately. I'm sure my Geordie son-in-law is responsible for the nasty weather that we've had so far this year. Starting today, it's T-shirt riding weather :grinning: and we have miles to go before we sleep.

Day before yesterday, when I rode through the boondocks, I discovered this hidden circle of stones...

Lit a candle, danced quite a while around them, then tried to enter one to cross over into the 18th century.

Now I have a sprained big toe. :confounded:

Next time, I try this in Scotland. :D

Twas a great ride though :)
