Got a 4 metre extension cable for my optimate cut it and ran it through a hole in the wall then spliced it back. Now I don’t have to charge my bike through a window and heat most of Surrey!!

Nothing major, had to hide from the cold today. Cut some vinyl for the helmet.

After a snapped bolt cost me a second hand bottom fork leg, I have a question.
Im sitting with the front wheel off,it needs no work,except.. do I slacken off and grease then re-tighten the brake discs and ABS ring, bolts (for the future) or leave it the fu3k alone?

If one is seized and I find it, do I try it? put it back and leave it? is it better to know or live in ignorance of any problem. Should I go on and work through it.There are no second hand ones on ebay and a new one is 533 If I leave it now it will be worse when it needs doing, only I may have sold it by then??

In for a penny in for a pound. It’ll just annoy you knowing you could have done it so get on with it I say.
Take a look at wemoto.co.uk they offer alternatives to OEM as well as the OEM ones.

I do think the good thing is the discs are untouched so at the correct torque.

Just to throw a spanner in the works....
It used to be said that disc bolts should not be reused and replaced with new. (common practice when bolts are stretched at torque setting)
Not sure if that's relevant to your particular model.
