    well today finished off fitting the chromey bits ,then tried to fit the new front sproket but couldn't move the bloody nut tried everything :frown:

    Select 1st gear, get somebody to hold the front & rear brakes on sitting on the bike (preferably somebody heavy) & use a scaffold tube for leverage on your socket/breaker bar..... Jobs a good `un!

    If my memory serves me correct, its a 36mm nut & the torque is about 130Nm so its pretty damn tight! Lol :smile:

    Not yet went to buy a socket 24.95 plus vat yea right told him to keep it, got one on e bay for £8 just waiting fpor it to arrive with a bit of luck this weekend

    Ok got my carbon fix for this week... Went and saw Steve at Conquest Carbon.. Top bloke..
    Stayed open late for me and sorted me out a cuppa...
    Picked up some more satin... Chain cover this time...

    Just going to apologise to Steve as I kept him from the pub for an hr... Love his dog as well..
