Apparently one of pens carbs was out of cynicism with the other two. He said that it don't take much to for this to happen on these bikes. She run perfect on the way home .
I couldn't see more than 30 meters with all the spray on the motorway. I hope it's not like that when we go to the meet:oops:

Spent yesterday morning at Sammy Miller museum in the New Forest drooling over the amazing 300 bikes there (inc. a genuine Triumph GP 500). Well worth a visit and as a result I've joined the British Motorcycle Charitable Trust which for £20 a year gives free admission to many motoring museums around the country inc. Sammy Miller, Beaulieu, Haynes, Brooklands etc.

I know it is the wrong forum and I am getting a bit sentimental but thank you all for living on your beautiful island and building me this car...

I hope you got all the cynicism out and got more synchronicity into those carbs.
Good job it was as simple as that !! I was thinking vacuum/air leaks via a cracked manifold or perished rubber seal !

    Cheers capt.

    Been at my Trumpetseller today.
They have that special now: buy any Tiger, they throw in the 'expedition alu cases' worth over 1000€.

    Tempting, ain't it?

Should I swap my Yamaha XJR1300 for a Tiger 800?
Let's hear your thoughts on that...
    ;)

(in my case we are talking XRx)

WAIT! I open a new thread... That's better!
