Polished the Bonnie ready to go on the Essex Air Ambulance run on Sunday from Ford Dunton to Harwich - about 2,000 bikers have pre-registered, so should be a good day as well as raising money for this excellent organisation. Anyone else on here going ?

Fitting new brake pads front and back this weekend, as always will give the calipers a deep clean and lube.
Then the chain, clean, lube and adjust
Also the tyre pressures as they are both a tad low.
Then record the new fuel map and save it on the computer using TuneECU
While I am in TuneECU I would do a new TPS reset, always a good idea.

I may then spare some time to look at the car as it has a warning light on, (looks like I may need to clean out the ERG valve which gets stuffed full of carbon) but that will only get looked at if I have time after sorting my bike out :)

I am trying to get my 11 year old son involved, but he just isn't interested in motorbikes...I am doubting he is of my blood!!!:D

C J Autos really good quality unit, was sent next day but as we are in the sticks it took a extra day, but they were on the ball chasing the courier for me. Nice folks I had one in the late nineties but this is far superior and quite heavy duty.

Staffordshire Triumph relented it was just a jobsworth trying to hard to stick to their rules, when it was evident I had only had the bike a week!! Paddy got it sorted so new Jacket just in my size (fat bastard size) :D:D

Turns out I bought the mirror image caliper that was for the singled sided swing arm model
so have arranged to send it back...when I get it.
The only options seem to be ebay or new ( l.o.m.) got one off ebay . only seemed to be 2 on there

changing the coolant hoses. Problem found, original expansion pipe clips don't fit the new hose :(
No rush, I'll source a new one later.
New brake lines will be next, keep watching folks...
