    Glamis castle !!!
the castle is famed as being the childhood home of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, birthplace of HRH The Princess Margaret and the setting for Shakespeare's 'Macbeth'. It is situated in the fertile valley of Strathmore, only 5 miles from Forfar and 12 from Dundee.

Just back from an evening run to Stratford upon Avon with the bike club. 200+ bikes there. Chips by the river with Mrs Rooster.

Saw one of our ladie riders there with her spanking new Explorer XRX.

Good turn out at Loomies this evening - a good number of Triumphs and a cheeky Triton! 20160504_200332.jpg 20160504_195315.jpg 20160504_195321.jpg 20160504_195327.jpg

Well I had to run some errands so took the tiger out when I got home it was such a nice day I had to get Doris out for a quick spin, well that turned into an hour and a half jaunt which ended up at loomies, I think I'm going to be in trouble again! Still got the Surrey tomcc meet to go to! image.jpeg PS mines the blue one!

I've always been a fan of blue or black whether it be for a car or bike but I must say that is a really nice blue.

Today I have mostly been falling off!!

Lovely morning think I will ride the Thruxton, dum de dum ride, into town going watching some Builder in his Transit in rush overtake me on the roundabout fail to see the dreaded bit of diesel, bang straight down!!

Think have some serious bruising to come out and possible cracked rib, can't believe how such a slow (15 to 20mph) body slam to the Tarmac hurts. Oh well first off in 30 yrs guess you don't bounce too well at 59.

Snapped right footrest off, new silencer and engine case required, not a mark on indicators, tank etc, got away light.

    Teejay
