Not tonight, up early in the morning as i need to be in Norwich for 07:30 or i wont be home for mid-day..... Easy life! :smile:

Following a bit of discussion on screens, I decided to take mine off for todays run up to the Peak District, have also fitted the (replacement) chrome battery cover.

 

Looking good mate :smile:

I think they look so much better without the screen fitted. Also by removing the screen you are adding a bit of drag so there should be no need to deploy that parachute on the downhill sections around Mattlock :wink:

Weather is looking great still so think a blat up to Matlock Bath and back is on the cards right now

 

I was there this afternoon, got to watch out for boring old farts spouting bullshit. There'll be one less to worry about because I'm at work tonight.

 

My mate and I went up through Matlock, Via Gellia up to belper, lathkill dale the back to Matlock for some chips!!! Nom nom nom and a great ride too!!!

 

Rich, did you come down the via Gellia?? I reckon we went past you in opposite direction, my mate was on his purple street triple...

 

Sure did, love that road. Followed a white Speed Triple with Arrow cans into Matlock Bath it was with a Fireblade; did wonder if it was you.
Had Via Gellia just about to myself on the way home, managed to get the new tyres a bit closer to the edges :biggrin: You know summer is here when after a days work you can still do 130 miles on your bike and still get back in daylight

 

Yeah that was def you on the via gel, my mate was leading on his street scrubbing in his new hoops...
Yeah I think it's safe to say we are getting into summer....
There was quite a few triumphs in Matlock but then most bikes shot over to MFN ...

Was the white Triple with Arrow cans slowing you down mate or was it getting a tow off the Fireblade?
