:joy::joy::joy: Oh my gosh, I laughed my arse off when I read this, @Octoberon! I had to dry my eyes just to be able to type a response to your post. Ya know, I have to say that I never thought of that trade. But now that you mention it.....;)

You're sort of letting the cat out of the bag, @DCS900. :expressionless::joy::kissing_heart: Actually, I was about to start a new thread for, as "they" say these days, the "big reveal". Stay tuned. :kissing_heart:

I wish there was a spare corner in the garage, @Pegscraper. :sob: Not even for a Honda Monkey! But then again, it's probably for the best that there's no room at the inn. So I'm on the "replacement plan". Bike in...bike out.

Rear springs changed. Absolute doddle, VW seem to engineer their cars to be worked on, kudos to the squareheads :)

We are looking to move from our current home in Norfolk, I keep sending my wife property info for homes in our price range within 20 miles of Blairgowrie, we could afford a beautiful home in your neck of the woods, trouble is she's ignoring me.

The Triumph will stay in the garage a few days. Last week I had a painful elbow + shoulder working in the house. Rode the bike on Friday, and that was not easy to use the clutch.
I'll use that time to drain the oil and check everything on the bike !
