the fact you get three in the pack and different filters is really useful

 

I agree with Ade, always use ear plugs when I ride and currently using Auritech . I find them really good keeping the noise levels down and allowing the satnav instructions to be easily heard.

 

Use no noise plugs they are decent enough I never used to bother,went for a job they done full medical and did say I should use ear plugs on bike after hearing test results,good enough reason for me once gone it ain’t coming back

 

i always wear them - especially at home with the wife...

 

I've used the silicone/rubber type for some years now, previously tried the foam type but always found they hurt my ears after a few hours when on long rides.

 

I always wear earplugs. Simple foam type. I buy them in bulk so they are cheap. Like others have said I don't want to lose my hearing prematurely as I get older.
