Yep I think you are correct Jez, I just hope that common sense will eventually prevail. I somehow think this will not be the case though...

Meanwhile, back at the Thread of Positive Awesomeness..... ;)

These flowers bloomed overnight in our front yard. It always truly amazes me that such prickly, rugged plants produce such beautiful flowers! :grinning::heart: The blooms are very short-lived, usually only one day, so we always enjoy them while we can. So do the bees.

Yes. Or imagine getting to the bottom after a hard day's terracing only to find you had forgotten your fags and lighter.

A very brave Dog and a top honour for his service.

You know some times though I can't help thinking to myself having seen a few of these awards and knowing Dogs, as well as the reward how about a special presentation "we hereby also reward you with this huge juicy T bone steak" I am sure the Dog would see that as a very well earned reward because lets face it Dog's [and maybe like some of us] think If I can't Eat it, Drink it , or Fook it I don't need it :D

    Just a thought

Taken on an 11.5 mile walk with the family. Capturing the last vestiges of summer in the UK.........
