    That’s a Leopard tank (probably Bundeswehr) and preparation for wading is a right faff. More than that, spare a thought for the driver. He’s the one under muddy water.

    Went to have a look at 03:00 @BATEBY45 and saw a couple of Perseids. Disadvantage was the half moon the light of which blotting out any smaller meteorites. Background lighting is a problem too.
