A dwarf goes to the doctor and says, "Doctor, every time it rains my fanny gets really sore." "Jump up on the couch," he said "and I'll have a quick look." After examining her he tells her he can't see anything wrong and to come back when it's raining and he'll have another look. Two weeks later it's pissing down and in walks the dwarf again. "Right" says the doctor "jump up on the couch again and I'll have another look." "Ah yes, I can see the problem." he says and gets a big pair of scissors from his drawer. The dwarf looks terrified as the doctor starts to hack away. Snip, snip, snip snip snip. "Now stand up and tell me how that feels." Up she gets and walks around before declaring that feels so much better. "What did you do?" she asked. To which he replies "I've taken two inches off the top of your wellies."
