Looking great mate,:cool: Just thinking that since you started your fabrication on this forum, I reckon your build skills welding etc have significantly improved with a new found enthusiasm, and because of this your worth a lot more to your employer, though he may need convincing of this, :D:D:D:D:heart:

You might struggle getting a sailing now Dilli if you intended to take young Nuddger, May have success as a foot passenger.

I’ve got my sailing booked so I could stop at your nephews place :grinning:

One picture of a rusty bit of metal, that it like !!! we've been waiting patiently,
Remember to take it off that chair when you cut it out, otherwise you'll end up with a commode chair :D:D

Brought it home and used my new angle grinder to cut it out and I used a orbital sander on one side :)
Take it to work tomorrow and use the bench grinder and finish it off with a file :) EF35E245-2DAB-4077-9602-BA24FA54D076.jpeg still haven’t found any suitable bar for it but I’ve got plenty to do to it in the meantime

Tack welded the two sissy bars together and did some cutting and bending :)
    Happy with the shape :)
Now gotta separate them and fill in the cuts  9EAA7D07-CD81-45BB-AAFC-4B379E94569F.jpeg still loads of grinding and filing to get the finish I’m after :(
But hey I’m getting paid for this :grinning::p:cool:
