All that is needed is a decent pair of new shocks to transform the bike and set up the sag to your weight.

    You mean shock for rear?
I will ask the dealer to set the shock at my weight if its possible to set them.

I need to have good experience with it or I will miss it :(
    Thanks

Yes, when i rode the bike on a demo i identified a pattering in the front end on fast corners so i was aware of it before buying the bike, i was going to do the forks as well but after fitting the new YSS rear shocks and fitting a one tooth bigger front sprocket that shortened the wheelbase 5mm and moving the bars forward i,m now pleased with the handling. The factory shocks are crap.

There’s others on the forum that changed up the front and rear shocks. It doesn’t sound like a big job.

Well I read some topic about changing shock and fork.

the thing is that if I think about this the price of the speed twin with this change will be the same as a r9t even if I’m not sure about result on the Triumph. let’s say it’s my only negative point about that bike.

that’s the reason why I came here .

I searched on internet and find out that there is no way to change load of the fork.
I want a bike to visit neighbor country riding cool but a bit sporty , I love my xsr900 for that impressive motor and great cycle.
But let’s say I love the Triumph look and brake and probably with that bike I could slow down a bit my driving habit ;)

I used some short straight risers from LSL.

Silver/Black was my first choice but the demo was too good of a deal so I dressed up the jet black model.
