Welcome @Frecklechops, nice bike and congrats on your test pass. I don’t suppose that was you I saw at The Green Welly on Friday was it?
Nope, not me. I only picked it up yesterday so I've not been out and about on it yet! I'm a bit feart of it still a bit clunky and jerky till I get a feel for it! Got a good few bike events next week assuming it's not pishing down! Might see you out and about sometime! Don't be afraid to say hi!
I was just passing through with my wife on our way home from our Honeymoon tour of Scotland and saw a yellow Speedy like yours parked up. We don’t get that far north too often but will certainly say hello if we saw you. Enjoy the new bike, ride safe
Awww that's lovely! Scotland is a bonnie place for it! Aye, apparently there's a guy with a yellow speed four in South Queensferry too which is only 15 miles from me lol. They're not that common either.

Did you buy it from down here? I had a feeling I’d seen it, or one like it at Preston Superbikes a while ago
Nah, I bought it from a place around 20 mins from me. A guy I know. Was only the second big bike I went to see!
I test rode it before I bought it and then rode it about 15 miles back to mine when I picked it up! Still getting to grips with it but the extra power after being used to a 125 is incredible!!
Yep, I can imagine it will feel like a massive step up from a 125, just go steady until you get used to it, if local Police do a rider course (it's called Bikesafe down here) it is well worth going on, they will steer you in the right direction with how to safely make progress. I wish you the very best of luck, enjoy that bike!
Extra braking too, now you have the weight pushing so it wont lock up, quite, so quickly, and the weight makes it feel more proper eh?
