Left hand out here on the continent; makes sense as we're riding on the other side.

It's really nice when passing a convoy.

Definitely easier! Nodding at every bike you pass becomes a pain in the neck (literally) after a while! :D

Uh,just to be on the safe side.......2 fingers down while riding and a nod while stopped.....is that to hard to comprehend?!

We ride on the opposite side of the road to you. so it would mean taking your hand off the throttle, and that's why we nod to each other.

There's something nice about being on the right though - lots more waving and peace signs... sometimes I feel like I'm going to high five someone :)

I've not ridden in the UK yet. When I do main thing is to remember which side of the road to stay on...!

Well for arguments sake....why don't they put the throttle on the left bar instead of the right?? How hard can it be?!They (Car mrg'ers) jump through hoops for a right hand steering car, but ya can't switch a bloody hand grip(s)......Ya see this is more proof that the right side is the right side....lol

I am glad they don't! But yes.

They do however have reversed brakes on bicycles in Germany and the US apparently! Mental.
