Don't try to book a room in any of these hotels, they are already fully booked by the Government for the economic migrants invading our shores.

Let's face it Britain as we all knew it is gone. It's been sold down the river a long time ago. I don't believe there is any grand plan or that industrialists and government actually want extra bodies on our shores it's simply that, since the end of the second world war being nationalist or wishing to protect your own became a dirty word and the liberals have worked hard in the following decades to manipulate law to beat down anyone who doesn't agree with them. They truly believe that they have God, or at least their idea of 'humanism' on their side and occupy the moral high ground but they have forgotten one of the most important and true sayings in the English language "THE ROAD TO HELL IS PAVED WITH GOOD INTENTIONS!".

My street looks like the Somme. A load of contractors have descended to fit fibre optic broadband. To save major hassle in moving fences ,bridging trenches etc. to take the car I took my wife's twist n go scooter . All I wanted was an extension lead for an optimate charger , several shops stocked them that I remembered. Do you know what ? Not one of them had them today @#$%!! This is on top of taking detours due to major road works. All the shops moan because people buy online! Sheesh , I wonder why ?

Aye, truth is that high street shop keepers can moan all they want and it's sad that it has to be the way it is but there is no beating the availability and choice in the online marketplace. I take an hour to drive down to Glasgow, spend a fortune to park up the car, trog through the streets for hours going to half a dozen shops that 'might' have what I'm looking for and come away empty handed or I can sit in front of my laptop, call up a search on fleabay, Amazon or whatever and be shown a dozen virtual shops who all have what I need, buy it with a click and it will be on my doorstep within a day or so. It's not even the future it's just the now and, to be honest, I prefer it for my shopping needs.

I also get frustrated for not being able to walk in a store and buy what I want just because it is not stocked.

Y'all are right about the availability and convenience of on line shopping.

I support the locally owned shops as much as possible, but living in a small place like I do, much of what I want/need I can only get via on line shopping. Especially motorcycle parts and gear.

Got my Tax disc (sic) reminder. "HOW much ? Ok , I'll renew it online. Hmm ? When is my mot due ? Nope it's ok it runs out on the 23rd. It says I can't renew my Tax because I have no mot. Yea that's right the same f%&$# service that I just checked to see when it ran out.
Phone number It tells you to ring just gives you recorded messages on everything but what I need to know then hangs up on you. Bloody DVLA, its alright until you need to talk to someone.
I guess I'll renew my mot a month early and see what happens.

My rant of the day is something that seriously pisses me off most days. I regularly check ebay for spare parts that I can stock up on for my Bonneville and, every time I have to wade through pages and pages (twenty five pages at a time maybe or at least it seems that way) of the same six blue coloured sprocket nuts advertised by 'John Wilson Motorcycles ltd' what seems to be about three times a day and they aren't the only ones. It can be page after page of the same bloody wheel bearings, fork seals, batteries etc. etc.

Surely there must be a way for these folks to advertise these 'common' products in one listing for all bikes they fit rather than posting a thousand separate listings of the same bloody thing that come up every time you put 'Triumph Bonneville' in a search of 'vehicle parts and accessories'.

Your MOT still has to be valid when the tax starts, ie the first of the month, but yours runs out a week before if I’m reading your post correctly?

I use a saved search, and in the advanced options exclude those sellers I find that routinely add multiple listing for the same item.
