Not quite true UK has stockpiled for NHS but USA has bought all production for July and 90% of August and September production of Remdesivir

There is also a much cheaper alternative available worldwide so not quite sure why they have done that.
Dexamethasone is £5 per patient and the one USA have bought up is £1990 according to the news. You can understand with the way USA is going the reason why a USA company would make that move.
Trumpy needs a good headline too....

It's a BBC headline folks, designed to scare us, show the US in a bad light because the BBC is anti Trump and is just shit stirring.

Oh my I feel for you and your wife, it must be so difficult to deal with. I have no idea how I would have dealt with that with my two lads if all this shite was occuring when they were 18.

During WWI the swastika symbol was used as a good luck charm by airmen on both the allied and German sides. It's also carved into a lot of architecture from the early nineteen hundreds. Despite this I gather that it's banned in Germany and that even otherwise accurate model kits of WWI and WWII aircraft, an other vehicles are not allowed to be sold in Germany with decals of the swastika. The symbol is incredible not for the power that it's adopters gave it but rather for the power those who fear it (or Left Wingers who use it against people they don't agree with) give it.

Jez that particular symbol has been so defiled it’ll be years before it’s accepted again
I was amazed it was being used by any armed force let alone an ex Axis country!
Swastikas and SS runes are still banned from public display in Germany

The British army actually had SS badges,I've got one somewhere that I was given by my uncle when I was a kid in the sixties.

Special Service Brigade (there were 4 of them), changed in 1944 due to the unpopular connotations to another well known enemy organisation.

After two weeks of being unable to get out of the garage because the whole road has been dug up to put pipes in for a new housing estate, they finally finished today, then this afternoon they've told us that the gradient on the pipes is wrong and they may have to dig it all back up again, feckin fuming.[IMG]
