Saw this in the Telegraph news paper.

A ship apparently hovers above the surface of the sea off the Cornish coast, in an optical illusion caused by layers of cold and warm air creating a false reflective effect. The Met Office said: “The image is evidence of a fata morgana, a rare and complex form of mirage.”

Bollocks - no back bone. Looks amazing though.

Edit: oh, just noticed it fused in with the top exoskeleto bone things... Wow never seen anything like that before. Will research.

Very cool photo, @stinger! It brought to mind the "Boneyard" at Tucson's Davis Monthan Air Force Base which is about 10 miles or so from my house. Currently it is the largest aircraft boneyard in the world.

Here's a great aerial photo of it. No, this photo was not taken by me as I don't have a drone. Yet. ;) But I know that many forum members have an interest in military things so thought I'd post this photo along with a link to read about the history of the David Monthan Air Force Boneyard for those who might find it interesting.

It's a 100 year old cart from the tin mining days down here in Cornwall - but it never went anywhere near a mine.
If you want to know a little more / fancy a history lesson - then have a look here.
