It must have been great sailing on the west coast Wim,i was watching a tv program the other night ( Darcey Bussell's Wild Coasts of Scotland ) and she was in the Gulf of Corryvreckan off Jura, it looked spectacular but i imagine you would have to know what your doing with those weird currents

 

Sailing the west coast is brilliant, Dougie. We sailed through Corryvreckan on another occasion - too right you have to know what you're doing! It can get pretty hairy there!

 

It is a stunning place - and as the light changes so do the views, it never gets old...

 

I'd forgotten these were still in a box in the attic.
All are still working - still have some tapes as well!

this is cairns Queensland last time I was there . I have a nikon slr, a older Olympus 35m fixed lens ,and a small nikon I bought when I was in America. but I tend to use my iPhone most of the time

 

Is your friend called Bjorn? I ask because his shadow even looks like a bear.

Edit: A bit - if you squint, and shake ur head real fast...

 

Ah, yes... Now I look more closely, it is definitely the shadow of a female bear. You can tell because it’s arguing.

 

Was that using a drone, or is there a hill near Belfast?

 

After cleaning out the garage I went to the dump today and, as is often the case, it was full of these. The electric fence keeps the bears out!
