Picked this one up today, second hand, damage-repaired, to keep my 2010SE company. It goes like a dream. More pics later when I've put on the little extras I bought from Pure Triumph in Woburn. Street Twin 1.jpg Street Twin 2.jpg Street Twin Poseur1.jpg

Hi pulled my street twin and thunderbird out today, sun was shining and I was thinking of going for a ride until I looked at the roads. Need some rain to wash the salt away....

    Aaahhh!
    I finally brought her home!
And hey, I personally think, she sounds even better than the standard Thrux R; maybe due to the pea-shooters???

    Thank you!
But the yellow/grey Street Cup sits at my dealer too, waiting for a new owner and I must say: it is also a striking
    colour-combo!

I test-rode the T120 before I bought the Street Cup, directly after a Street Twin. I loved the comfort and the extra torque but wimped out as it would be my first bike and decided to go with the Twin (or in practice the Cup).

But I SO wanted the T120!

If you check the thread 'Riding position and....' you will see, that I was pretty anxious about switching from the Thrux R to the T120.
Right now, even after driving the bike for only a few miles, I can tell you that I will not regret this decision for a single second!
For me personally, it is just the perfect fit. Weight, performance, riding position and the looks, it all
    falls into place!

-10 degrees and the streets all salty... I guess I have to spend some time in the garage, drooling... ;)

'Ride out' is all that I am longing for right now.
Outside air temperature: -7 degrees; snow grains dancing in the wind gusting through my street: actually, dangling my keys is all I can do for now. (if you'd be so kind as to zoom in on my left hand...)
BUT the time will come! :)

Added bench street, Oxford bar end mirrors, optimiser connector and knee pads today. Still got mudguard extender, heated grips, wheel rim decals and sump guard to fit. Not so sure the mirrors look quite right, but at least they are functional unlike the purely decorative ones that come with the bike.
