Definitely noticed the light weight and great aerodynamics of the Shoei on my two 2.5 hour rides this week  the wind was strong yet the buffeting was limited  It was hard to part with the amount of money, but very happy to make my popular pastime even more enjoyable

They certainly aren't as protective as a "regular" full-face, Ricardo, but are very stylish and I have found them to be quite comfortable. I bought my first one to use on my first Thruxton, a black 2012 model. There are certainly a lot of Bullitt's out there with some awesome paint jobs, too! Please post a pic if and when you get one.

LOL. I seem to be collecting helmets although normally I buy one wear it out over 10 years or so and then maybe get another - or maybe just repaint the old one. However.....I seem to be acquiring more helmets now.......

I bought a Shark Evoline for road use which I really like. It elegantly solves the modular issue of the intrusive chin bar and looks like a normal jet style when in the open position.
There's a big "however" however. The largest available size is tight across my forehead and I find that the view angle doesn't suit me . I have glasses which darken in sunlight so the drop down sun visor in the Shark is a waste.
Looking at what else is available in the market with similar qualities to the Shark, I see that Roof do a dual approved helmet - the Boxxer. And joy of joys it is available in a bigger size (63) and with no internal sun visor.

What I'd like to know is whether anyone here has any experience of the Boxxer, and what do you think of it ?
