    If all else fails paste the photos in to Paint on your PC, choose resize, put 50% in the box, and save as jpeg. You can then upload from there.

    Irfanview is pretty good Normally down size to 240x680 pixels,for posting:)

    This free website also works well for reducing the filesize of photos. It doesn't crop the photo, so you don't lose any of the original, and it's quick and easy.
