    That white powder happens to be aluminium oxide, in simple terms it just ferking corrosion!

    Rode a mates CB1000r the other day...so light! Felt like a 250 compared to my 900!!!

    Depends alot on the dealer. I bought a second hand Tiger Sport 2014, 2 year old, 3000 miles and later found rust spots on bottom of forks. It was due to poor cleaning in winter of previous owner in hard to reach places. Dealer pushed triumph and they replaced no issues.
    Hope you get it sorted & your dealer does everything possible to help you.
