Hello 'Ducks'. ;) many thanks for asking.

Moss went back to the vets (somewhat reluctantly, it must be said) and had the stitches taken out on Wednesday. Apparently the wound is healing well and, in terms of her general health, appetite and demeanour, you'd never know she'd been in such a parlous state a week ago!

She went out for her first run on Thursday - a gentle 3 miles or so - and is her usual mad, uncoiled spring-like self when any of her favourite friends come round to check on her. Her return to a full exercise regime will be undertaken fairly gradually and she is still a tad nervous when out on the road but she's very definitely on the up! Amazing resilience!

That is great news on Moss, Adie! So glad to hear that she's doing so well. I'm sure that you and Mrs. Adie are very relieved. It's so stressful when our furry friends are ailing.
